How do i retain my EVAP system?

Hey guys, i need some help. i'm almost ready to swap my lt-1 in but i have a question ... can i retain my current EVAP system and if so how do i get it to work w/ my lt-1? my engine/ PCM is from a '95 Roadmaster and my car is a '90 RS w/5.0/T-5. is it as easy as just wiring it in to the lt-1 harness or is there more to it? If someone could provide me w/ a step-by-step procedure that would be great. Thanks

Should be able to keep the evap. You have to use the CCP solenoid that is mounted on the Lt1 intake manifold. One vacuum line from the CCP should go to the throttle body. Remove any sensors or electronics from the thirdgen charcoal cansiter. Run another vac line from the LT1 CCP to the thirdgen charcoal canister. Run a 2nd vacuum line from the charcoal canister to the hard line that is routed along with the fuel lines. The hard line should be connected to the gas tank. That should be it.
