I'm trying to get my car going, but it didn't come with a LT1 throttle cable bracket. I couldn't find one used, and the dealer reports that the part is discontinued.

I'm still trying to find one from a junkyard, or used, but not much luck.

Will a bracket from an L98 work or would the distance between the bracket and the throttle body be different?

Anyone have one to sell?

I've got a 4L60E, but if one from a 93' will work I'm for that as well, I'l mod the bracket if nessecary.

 

TPI wont work, the mounting pattern/angle is different

93 will work fine, the only difference is the provision for the TV cable which you wont use. In short you'll have an extra hole

 

I figured that would be the case. However, I am getting desperate as no one seems to be selling a LT1 bracket locally. I found some on ebay, but was hoping to get one for this weekend and the dealer says its discontinued.

If i don't get any bites by this weekend on it, I'll just pay the $20 to have one shipped to me of fleabay.
