Every LS1 or LSx thread applies to you to some extent. You probably have the LQ4 from a wrecked fullsize pickup, but you should specify where yours came from.

Read the LS1 swap sticky in the top section of this forum. It's basically an LSx swap, depending upon the year of your donor vehicle. You will need LS1/6 intake manifold and f-body oil pan and accessories.

Get fbody oil pan, intake, and accessories and you're good to go.

Yes, probably 100+ people have done it (Ive swapped a 5.3L and a 6.0L into my iroc-z) Do a little search!
