I agree. check that your fuel pump is getting pressure to the line, but it sounds like a vehicle anti-theft issue, which will stop the injectors from firing.

Was the car running before? If not, then you need to check the VATS. Is it cranking? Need a little more info.

Re: No start need ideas

I disabled the vats in the car by removing the box and connecting the 2 big wires together. And when i had my computer reprogrammed they removed the vats from it. One of my ideas is on the PRND switch i just removed the entire setup so was i supposed to do something like ground one of those wires? I am thinking the computer is not starting as it thinks the car is in gear? Just one of my thoughts. I did test for fuel and i am getting fuel pressure.

Taking out the nuetral safety switch will definatley cause the no start issue. You will need to either put it back (which is highly recommended) or connect the big yellow wire to the brown (or purple). Either way, they are the two biggest gauge wires on the plug.

Is that vehicle side? The car turns over but no start. I took the PRND switch off the computer side so what do i need to do there?

Re: No start need ideas

my park neutral protection switch was never hooked up to the computer, and I didnt tune it out first to make it work. All it ever did was lock my ignition cylinder so i couldnt turn the key to start.

If you're cranking that means you've connected the 2 starter wires together correctly too. Can you smell any fuel when you are cranking?

Nevermind about the car's VATS then, I thought you weren't able to even turn it over.
