Ok guys....I got motivated today. LOTS of progress was made. Woke up, went straight to reliable, picked up the LS1 coil brackets for $18 a piece. Got flywheel bolts for $3 a piece. Got some bellhousing and valve cover bolts. Picked up a spark plug wire from DansAm. Stopped by yearwood to pick up my harmonic balancer. Got home to find some boxes on my doorstep. Lifters and pushrods....AWESOME. Slapped the lifters in, bolted the head on, threw the intake on, roller rockers, accessories, balancer....ok you get the point. So the motor is done. And I decided to go ahead and drop her in. It was dark so pics are ok. The next few days are gonna be full of work... got a lot to do still. Here ya go.

Coil harness winds around the brackets from the bottom. The brackets will have to come off for final install

Ditto, I just ordered a set of mandrel bends off ebay the other day. Although my setup is going to use a y-pipe instead of running duals.

Damn so many forums to update, I forgot about this thread sorry guys!!!! Here is a dyno vid, a track run, exhaust pics, and an idle rev vid. And some finished product pics. Got 26mpg on the drive to CA and made it with NO problems. Then I got here, Car ran a 12.9@115 and sent the clutch home while I was at it, and it decided to start knocking so the motor is back out getting inspected.
