i want to start already but how hard will it be?

its a lot of work but totally doable. Even better since you have a complete doner car complete with all the wiring and other parts you need. there are a bunch of little things that need work, k-member modification, motor mounts, exhaust, wiring, make the guages work.

Maybe read up in the LSX swap fourm.
