Axle/Gears: STOCK
5.3 how many rwhp
i'm droping in a 5.3 with zo6 cam and spring ls6 intake 3inch exhaust. will that give me over 350 rwhp or do i need to add port and polish heads and 25% UnderDrive Harmonic Balancer or ATI Super Damper - 6" Aluminum

I think you definitly get that at the flywheel maybe 10-25 more.

Just dynod my car, stock 5.3/t56, ls1 intake, 3" exhaust and made 270 rwhp, with a Zo6 cam and LS6 you're probably looking at around 300-310 rwhp. UD pulley will help a little (7-15hp) a bigger cam and some better heads should put you at 350 or even more i'd think.

Gadocbar- go turbo- check out Hot Rod April 2011 issue. 5.3, ZO6 cam/springs and turbo for almost 600 hp.
