Got bored today, so here is a video of the first full throttle abuse of the 5.3 swap into the 86 TA, rev limiter is 7200, sounds pretty damn good, but i didnt know it was this loud till i sqw the vid, it is a single 3 inch bullet muffler dumped:

Stock 2008 5.3, removed the 243 heads in favor of the 6 liter 317s to lower compression for the sing turbo in its future, the cam is a patriot piece, 225/229 @.050, 582/589 lift on a 114 LSA, Vic Jr intake, 750 holley carb, TCI TH400, stock rear for now, still need to pull the trans and get the 3800 converter, then 3.73 gears.

Thanks, i am glad this one is back to running and harder than ever, it traded off allot of low end torque compared to the vortec 355 that was in it, but the top end makes up for it.
