Hey guys,
I am ready to buy the tubular K-member for my ls1 swap on my 91 Firebird. I would prefer not to buy from Hawk's Third gen due to a previous bad and unresolved problem that I had with them. I was wondering if there are any other retailers to purchase the K-member. Thanks in advance.

i believe bmr makes one as well, the one that hawks has is actually made by spohn. actually here it is

Anyone that sells Spohn will sell it. You can buy directly from Spohn.net; I got mine from byunspeed.com.

The BMR one says "NOTE: Not for use with OE A-arms."
Does this mean that I would need to get aftermarket A-arms to go with the BMR k-member?

Yup. You might as well put the a arms on the buy list. Just get the whole set up. I have the spohn set up and have no complaints.
