LSX T56 Hydraulic Line question
So i searched around a bit and didnt find an answer, possibly i overlooked it but heres what im thinking, i bought a GTO MN12 and it came with the clutch hydraulics complete but i cant use them cuz the master has a no-angled bolt flange to firewall which means i need a new one from/for an F-body, now in an effort to save $ again, my question is this, Can all factory 3rd gen manual hydraulics, pedals, clutch master be-reused and change ONLY the line down to the Slave? I'm not near my car so i cant see how the line attaches to the clutch master side but imagine you could get just the line and swap it out making it a one-part only needed to run an LSX T56....?
ill continue searching...

Re: LSX T56 Hydraulic Line question
apparently the LS1 hose bottoms out where it goes into the 3rd gen clutch master but the guy i talked to said if one could drill out the hole perfectly straight it would work. Of course, i just found out the GTO slave is different from an F-body slave so i have to buy a new one anyway.

i searched around LS1tech on the MT board, cant use the GTO slave with an F-body clutch master, the line wont properly insert into the slave.

And just do the opposite of this link:

Alot of the GTO guys are buying the F-body slaves and changing out the hydraulic line fitting because the GTO slave is about twice the price of the f-body slave. I'm sure if you post an ad on LS1tech, alot of people probably have the f-body hydraulic fitting laying around.
