F-body ls1 oil pan problem?

i am swaping a ls1 f-body pan on to my ls1 that came out of a 04 gto. i bought it of ebay and when i got it i noticed that one of the holes in the oil filter gallery looks to be broken out. i think it is supose to be like that but i just wanted to make sure before i got to far ahead.
