LSX Engine Swap Plates and SSW Headers?
hey everybody, does anyone know of any fitment issues when using the transdapt/ebay style plates that use the gen 1 style clamshells with the SSW headers?
i will be running the 1" setbacks and notching the rear of the k-member for more clearance on the oil pan. just really need to know if there are fitment issues with the plates/clamshells and the headers.
tried a search but couldn't find any info on this topic.

No fitment issues. The SBC mounts are farther forward of the LSx mounts so clearance is good. The SBC mounts DO interfere with the low-mounts AC compressor

thanks for the info pocket, i have decided on running either the R4 or Sanden compressor with a high mount bracket. some of the AC guys i have talked to aren't real keen running the 3rd/4th gen hybrid AC system.
on another note, i should have the old 5.7 out pretty soon, so i'll be sending my harnesses your way!
