anybody get creative with accessory set up for our cars?

I'm thinking about using an electric power steering pump for my ls swap. then just making my own bracket for the alt. has anyone else done something different for the accessories for these swaps. mine is twin turbo's and I'm trying to make as much space as possible for the turbos.

I know when I get my LQ9 together I'm going to fab up a midmount set up like I have on my sbc. Shouldn't be to hard to do if you take your time.

i've just run crank pulley and alternator or crank/waterpump/alternator, no reason to keep the power steering if you don't want too.

well my last camaro had no power steering pump and that was kind of a bother. i was thinking on doing an electric pump tucked up somewhere under the battery tray area on the drivers side. but doing the turbos i want to keep the accessories as close to center as possible so i can have more room for the turbos. i just have'nt found any pics of much other then the stock set up for them so far.

Re: anybody get creative with accessory set up for our cars?

I have all custom brackets cncd' by a friend, no power steering. If I knew the truck bracket would work like I do now, I would have not threw the s10 steering box on. I am probably going back to a truck setup in the future. Since I drive it on the street and not to the track these days, may as well.

*sigh* it just seem like it will be a tight fit if i try to put tha power steering pump on there with turbos. i think i'm really going to try the electric pump and try to locate the alt down low somewhere.

thanks a ton for you pics.
