going to swap an ls1 in to my iroc
i have an 89 iroc tpi that im going to swap an lsx in my car... I have a plan for the chassis, tube k member, sub frame connectors, tube A-arms yada yada rearend yada yada! Anyways... Im wondering about wiring a carbed lsx in my car... Has anyone done this? And does anyone have any tips for me?

Post this in the LSx/LT1 section for a better response. There is plenty of people that have done the chassis as you have described....both SBC and LSx. Browse through the suspension section as well. Good luck!

A few members have done carb LS swaps, but the vast majority stay with EFI. Other than
, I don't have any tips for you. I haven't done it, haven't bothered to try to grasp the details, because except for race-primary use, I can't figure why you'd want to do it. EFI fits under a stock hood, but any carb setup worth doing would require a cowl hood for clearance.

You can pretty easily find the C100 and C230 pinouts, it really isnt going to be a lot different than an efi swap when it comes to the thirdgen chassis side of things, you still need your battery power supplied into the car through the c100, still need tach, temp, and oil pressure through it, i'm betting you'll be running an electric fuel pump so you still need the existing fuel pump relay wiring, just reconfigure it to run ign hot.
