as topåic. why it is just these engines is because i want all aluminum and i´m not gonna ad a lot more power over stock, so i don´t feel that i need a bigger engine. Wich of these 3 engines could you guys recomend? as i´ve got it the lm4 is the exact same engine as lm7 except the alu block, right?

LM4 and L33 are Gen 3 engines. It's going to be easier to swap. I think L33 has higher compression ratio, but not sure if that is always true.

LH6 is a Gen 4 engine. It uses E38 engine PCM, 58 tooth reluctor ring, and drive by wire throttle body. That all makes the swap more difficult.

Okay. Sounds like it's between lm4 and l33. The compression is correct

L33 by far. It has higher compression, 799 heads, and LS2 style connecting rods.

spunds good. is it really cheapr in the end to go with a truck engine instead of a ls1 directly?
