Lost clutch on SBC T56 swap....where to start?
Today I lost the clutch pedal...t56 swap on a sbc with a spec 3 puc clutch. The pedal goes to the floor but comes back up. No resistance at all. I didnt see any fluid around the master and the pedals are all still hooked up, no noticeable leaks at the slave but its dark and I hit a puddle while limping it home. I did manage to use the starter to get moving in first and shift without a clutch. The resivor was full so where can i start? The slave or master or could it be the clutch?

The seals could be bad in either the master or the slave.

Well I rellaced the slave because the old rod was bent. Still no pedal but it was bench bled and had plenty of fluid out of the bleeder valve. Does that mean new clutch time?
