Re: SES light question.

Kinda hard to say at this point... but I was having issues with my LTFT's when I tried to get a tune. My car FELT great, and ran nice. Idled nice, had decent power, no accel issues. The numbers were a good deal lower on the dyno than we were expecting.

When I got it back, my tuner had turned off the LTFT and was just using STFT. On my Intercepter gauge, I could set it to how left and right STFT and they were way off from each other. I think like 5% difference is acceptable or something.

Anyway, I started poking around, and decided to pull my injectors. Found two completely clogged spray nozzles on one bank. I have NO clue how long they were clogged for, or how bad they were stopped up. But I did a quick CAREFUL clean as best I could, threw them back in, and IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference. Idling, accel, etc. STFT were identical...and I was now running rich as crap from the tune trying to compensate for lack of fuel haha. But I didnt even realize how bad the car was running during idle and part throttle until they were all firing again. Guess I just got used to it.

Just one easy thing to check.

J.
