Alright, so I'm doing a basic LT1 swap to start things out. Down the line I plan on boosting it with a Vortech V1 S-Trim but I want this thing running real soon. I want to keep the vacuum/coolant hose routing as simple as possible and as we all know, LT1 intakes are full of vacuum ports and have funky coolant lines. Ill post up some pics and hopefully you all can answer my questions. I've tried searching but most people keep emissions and junk that I have completely gotten rid of.
Starting off on the drivers side. We have 4 ports, all varying in size. One is a PCV valve if I am correct. One goes to your brake booster. I think one of the smaller ones go to my vented opti (it is a 95 LT1). What about the final of the 4 ports? Can I use it for my fuel regulator or in the future my FMU?
Moving to the drivers side. There are two smaller vacuum ports on the intake itself. What are these for? Is one of these better to use for the fuel pressure regulator? I cant think of what the other one could possibly be used for? As you move forward towards the intake there are 3 ports on the side of the throttle body. What goes where? And as far as the coolant hose running from the back of the heads forward; whats the deal with this? And then what about the 2 ports on the front of the throttle body?

The two coolant ports on the TB you dont connect anything to.
The opti vent will need to be connected between your supercharger and the filter/maf.
You should need a vac line to the a/c stuff, and you'll connect one to your fpr.
If you arent running a vapor canister and evap setup or egr, block everything else off.

The top port on the tb is for the pcv setup, you'll probably want to build a catch can setup for that to connect to. Cap the middle one, the bottom one is coolant as is the low one that matches it on the opposite side.

The bottom one in your first pic is part of the pcv too.
Heres another question. I got these fabricated aluminum valve covers which have no pre-drilled holes in them. I want to run a PCV in the valve covers just to be safe. For the time being; no supercharger, how does the pcv system have to be routed. From what I am understanding, there is the lower port on the drivers side intake, which the pcv valve is actually in, the port on the top of the throttle body for the recirc, and then the valve cover? How does that work?
No AC, no EGR, no evap setup.

You really should be eliminating the stock stuff with a supercharged setup and doing an oil catch can setup.
Ok hows a supercharged system setup get routed then? I was looking to find out both ways of routing it all but if the supercharger setup will easily adapt to the standard simplified setup that works too. Thats exactly what Im looking to find out. Everyone says do this do that, but no one really knows whatsup or how its done. I have a catch can already as well.
