cxan someone help with a measurement??

i just put my ls in my car the other day and didnt have a tape measure handy but the from the back of the fuel rail to the fender was different from one side to the other. im just curious if my motor is in there 'square'.

so, can someone take a measurement for me from the front and back of the fuel rails to the fender bolts???

thanks

Re: cxan someone help with a measurement??

The engine/trans for all 3rd gens is offset to the pass side approx 2" from the factory

Most swap mounts keep the LSx in the same general location, so this offset is retained. It won't hinder anything

On the other hand, some swap mounts are known to be crooked causing the pass header to hang very low. This only affects ground clearance
