Yes they should bolt up, BUT LT1 heads have a D shaped exhaust port while the 305 uses more of a rounded off square shape.
And 305 manifolds dont flow well, especially TBI manifolds, they'll kill performance even on the 305, definitely will on the LT1.
Do yourself a favor and get some nice headers for your LT1, pretty much any third gen V8 header will be better than 305 manifolds.
