Plug and Play LS/LQ package?

For someone living in the Netherlands, and with no expertise on assembling LS engines / setups, it might be interesting to have a company like Hawks put together a package including everything needed for a plug and play LS/LQ swap. Like having all of the wiring done beforehand and picked which parts to go with which, only leaving the actual assembly to the rookie mechanic that I am while knowing for sure that it's all right. Do you guys think this would be possible and if so which companies do you think might be able to provide such services? Any best bang for buck experiences and etc.?
