1985 z28 305TPI to 5.3/4l60e, general questions

We have a decent Z we are going to be swapping pretty soon. So far I have the following short list of parts.

c5 filter/regulator ( planning on re using the brand new in tank pump, and most of the stock fuel line )
hawks motor mounts
pending seller following through on sunday I should be picking up a 5.3 that was installed in a wrecked 4th gen f body. It includes a full f body accessory drive, intake, oil pan, 1998 harness, pcm, and 4l60e.
I have a friend that says we can fabricate a trans cross member as well

I want to retain ac, and the z28 we picked up has all the original ac parts except the compressor, what all do I need to merge the old system with the new compressor ( I am aware of notching the k member )

Any recommendations on radiator hoses?

is there room to mount the PCM in the rear passanger side of the engine bay similar to 4th gens on the strut tower or under the cowl with the factory heater box?

what will I need to go from the TB to the factory air box on our TPI car through the factory ls maf?

will the stock 3rd gen drive shaft work? if not will the 4th gen al shaft work?

I plan on mounting aftermarket gauges in the cluster with a new panel some day so I am not too concerned with making the factory gauge cluster work at this point, but any advice on reverse lights? will they work or not?

Your on right track

But for a/c just need custom lines made or from Hawks
3rd 4tg gen drive shafts are same either will work

But Anwers you seek are fairly easy to find with a simple search and look at lax stickies
And are addressed in many threads that are in thirdgen

Googling what your searching and just type thirdgen at end works very well

And as far as the Hawks lines for the ac apparently they won't work for me as I am planning on using f body manifolds. If it's as simple as getting two lines made at custom lengths I'm fine with that, just wondering what information besides length I'll need to take to such shop, and what sort of shop I'll need to look for.
