Anti Theft and swapping
I know this is a bit of an odd question, but I'd like to see if its doable.
Can I use my existing VATS system to work with the LS PCM VATS?
Is it all in the programming or just wiring? How is the system in my 92 Camaro different than say a 02 Camaro?
With all the theft in the world, I'd prefer to try to secure my vehicle as much as possible. The car came with the security feature for good reasons.

The VATS strategy changed sometime in the '90s but I can't remember when. If your car is within that window then it can work. You just need to research what year the strategy changed.
