99 LS1 Wiring Harness Verification and Clarification

We have an 88 Camaro that we swapped the 2.8L V6 for an LS1 from a 99 Firebird.
We are working on doing our own standalone harness and need some guidance on connecting these harnesses. We have done a “lot” of research and think we have some of what needs wired together. Is there anyone else who has done this and willing to review what we have and add/remove anything on what we outlined below?

The !! – We know we need this but not sure where it connects
The ?? - We think we need this but not quite sure. If we need it where
The BLANK PIN cells – Does it need connected and if yes where

We are also swapping to a 4th gen fuel tank, do we need to transfer connector C230 PIN C, H, and J (all of which are annotated with *) to the 3rd gen harness? If yes then how/where?

From a previous post we were told that we needed either a mechanical driver box or an aftermarket electric gauge. We would prefer not to use a driver box and also don’t want to buy a whole digital dash, so is there an option of just purchasing an electric speedometer?
We would also like to verify that C207 Pin K goes to C220 Pin K (VSS) if we get either option.

Lastly, for the LS1 harness connector C100 is Pin E the throttle position sensor? If so, please consider it as annotated with a ??
