Hey man great build. One question what are the "spacers" under the front strut mounts there for?

Thats the way the caster/camber plates come from hotpart.com. They have since release a revised vertion that looks better, that I think I am going to get sometime down the road, Or maybe go with the spohn ones, but for now these ones work and don't deflect at all when on the street. If I ever get into racing I would def get the revised vertions right away.
By the way, thanks for checking out the vid.

Happy to say the car has gone more than its first 1000 miles and nothing has gone wrong yet. haha. minor victory, haha.
Only real issue is the damn over axle pipe hangar keeps breaking, but I think I fixed it for good last weekend.
In case anyone wanted to know what I am doing to the car next.
-All new ignition system, with retard box and finally firing up that N20 on the dyno.
-C5 and LS1 brakes.
-New sticky sticky tires.
-Machining down the rear spacers, they don't need to be so wide.
-Headlight buckets painted black, and a wetsand.
-New proform carb for better tunning, and getting rid of the choke. (never used it)
-And of course a K&N air filter, haha.

Nice ride man! I too get that same look by pedestrians and such. These cars can definitely catch some eyes when thumping around.

Hey I saw in your sig that you have Z06 brakes. Are they the C5 Z06 calipers? Whatever they are please fill me in as to how you like them, where you got them, any options you got and if you are happy with it.
New brakes is the first thing on the list for this summer for me. I am looking at a fully loaded package including powder coated splindles and all from bigbrakeupgrade.com. They quoted me $1166 for everything needed, coated, drilled/slotted and stuff. You think that sounds OK? Anything you think I should just skip on?
thanks for any advice.

Its hard for me to get an exact figure because of the bits and pieces bought over time, but I know it was under $700. It brakes awesome. Drilled and slotted is a nice extra, I wasnt concerned about it at the time for my car as I had many other things to shell money out for. You could probably piece it together and get some premium rotors like Baer Eradispeed's for what it would cost you for the kit.

The doors? What are you talking about? Why are they silly?
If you are not aware, and just looked at the pics on my site without reading the captions, there are no more lambo doors on her.
The doors are back to stock.
Chris Etemadi: thanks for the help. I POR-15'ed my entire car. It is really great stuff. You said you spent around $700, not bad at all. maybe I will look into that method. I am just kinda considering the kit, so I can get it all slap it on there and have plenty of summer left to play with it.
Thanks for the insight.
