Extremely low budget paint job (pics)
Okay, heres my86z28 after the flat black paint job, I painted a few things gloss black to break up the flat black a little (headlight pockets, gran sport stripe, door handles, key holes) It's not 100% finished, Still need to paint the grill gloss black and put it back on, not the best pics but I'll have more tomorrow when it's done.

Re: Extremely low budget paint job (pics)
When I got the car, it was silver but really dull, clear coat cracked and pretty rough looking. I sanded all that off and primed it with spray cans, then it sat for awhile, I just recently started working on it again, pretty happy with how it turned out. I think it looks real mean, the car just looks pissed off.

It looks way better than the Glidden paint job that your title conjured images of!
A friend locally did his truck in flat black out of spray cans, and it looked halfway decent until he parked next to a truck that was done "professionally" with a spray gun. The difference is clearly noticable.
