couple pictures of me and my uncles iroc's. both with 17x8" iroc's his are polished and painted red to match the car. he has had his longer than mine. alot of the work i did on my car was in reference to his but with my own spin and idea's and taste's. but well heres the pics let me know what you think. sorry for the quality he sent them to me in an e-mail and i guess the way they were uploaded killed the quality.

 

Awesome looking cars! I usually hate red rims but for some reason those look real good! I would love to see some higher quality pictures.

wow those rims actually look pretty good.. although the red just doesn't seem to be a 100% match. what kind of mods has he done to his car?

 

His rims would look 10x better black. I had the idea for my rims being polished out but just having the area between the spokes black. Nice car though!

My uncle had at least a dozen camaros at different times, and even a Grand National at one point (he actually kept that one a long time), but no one in my family has anything cool these days.

Man those are awesome cars. I have yours as my desktop at home. I do like the painted wheels. I wonder what they would look like with the dark gunmetal gray on them to look like the original Iroc wheels? I bet sweet!! ok i got questions for you .

so where did your uncle get his rims . they look like an original iroc rims but bigger.

what kind of springs does he use ,the car has a killer stance with that rear pik of the car.

his wheels came on his car when he bought it... he bought it pretty much just like it is. he added the cowl hood though.

idk what springs he has but i have intrax 2" springs and they are pretty even.

no new times yet. im going tomarrow. i ran a 14.02 @ 101. im going to pull some weight off the car and use the 28x10.5 slicks i got. also im going to be testing out the nitrous. i only have 50 horsepower jets in it for tomarow night so ill do some testing and make sure everything is good.so ill be happy if it runs a 12 but im thinking it will run lower 13's on just the 50 shot.

preciate it man! i am a fan of the painted wheels but i wouldnt want them any other color than black. the red really does look good on his car but i think it would look better black. ill hopefully get some better pics next time i go up there.

like i said prevously idk what his are but mine has intrax 2" drop springs. i have 245/45/17's all around he is running staggard 255/35/17 fronts and 275/30/17 rears. i think im not possitive on those numbers though.

mike, does your uncle live in warner robins as well? i've never seen that car around, obviously it exists, lol! i've seen alot of pics, but never seen it out.

nope he is up in macon. i cant wait to see it leave off the trans brake lol. we need to run the first run together... you first time on the transbrake and me on the nitrous lol.

 

Nicecars....now tell him to go get the headlight buckets painted...Me personally I think it makes the car look unfinished and terrible. But very very nice Rocs!!!!!
