My new 86 IROC-Z

Just picked this up about a month ago for $2500 up here in upstate NY (Binghamton). The car is spotless from top to bottom (no rust) which is a big deal for a NY car. The car came from Virginia. The guy that I bought it from had it sitting in his garage and the guy he got it from a few months ago did all the work to it. It has a 350 (swapped out the 305) with an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb and some other goodies, along with a 5-speed tranny (selling factor for me!)

Onto some pics!

Mechanical sunpro gauges I added (not the final result, obviously):

350 with a new alternator, starter, fresh fluids, etc:

It's got a lot of little things that need doing (as does any project) as well as some more involved things, such as the interior. The interior isn't much to look at, but won't cost much to redo, so I'm happy. The guy included the steering wheel. It had the stock steering wheel on it when I got it, but it was beat up, so I threw this one on and wow, I love it! Thanks for looking, send any comments my way!

hey there, still working on geting those interior plastics shipped out. I do have a black carpet if your interested, it is in perfect shape, and im trying to track down a few other interior peices, id like to get you a whole set so u dont have to find odds and ends, i did manage to get two kick panels out of the junkyard today that are in good shape. lemme know.

I'll let you know soon about that carpet, I'd DEFINITELY be interested. Yeah, I don't want to have to search high and low for all the parts I need either hah.
