new pics after paint and cowl!

here she is all painted up with the cowl on. and FYI it is a drag car, so the 6" cowl is functional and i removed the high beams to run some form of ram air into the engine bay.

cool, you couldn't cover the rivets? what tires/wheels do you plan on running and what's the drivetrain specs?

they are actually allen headed black oxide bolts, i wanted them exposed because it looks tight in person just a little accent. i could have bonded and glassed it in but i like the look of the bolts, it comes accross as more unrefined to me anyways (IMO).

it will be streetable, but not a DD. i have the 96 Formula for that.

for drivetrain i have a freshly machined 357 all forged sitting in my garage (bought unassembled shortblock for $400 with over $2000 in parts and machining and i even got the engine stand). with all ARP studs.

i have picked out my topend for the most part. i think i am going with AFR 210CC eliminators and the cam i have is comp solid flat tappet 247/254 at .050" and .504/.498 lift with 1.5 RR's but i am going with 1.6's. 2300 to 6900 powerband.

i have a 700R4 now but may be going with a turbo 400.

the car already has a currie 9" in it with full drag suspension although i am going to tub it and 4 link.

on the first pic you can see the dump under the passanger seat area. it goes from the LTS to 4" after the y pipe than a shotgun resonator and a 90* bend straight at the ground.
