Re: Fall 2010 Photo shoot with my yellow Iroc
My girlfriend (Mrs. Yellow Z) got jealous because the car was getting all the attention so she jumped in a few. I was VERY hesitant on letting her sit on the hood but she weighs nothing and I just couldnt say no . Im in a few too.

Excellent pix! I love yellow 3gens. It took me a long while, to figure out which was my favorite shot. It came down to this one IMHO:

Ahh... beautiful gal, with a magnificent car
(This picture was a close second, in my book: )

Great job on the photos!

Hello Roc THIS!!
Why in the world would you attempt this??

Unless this is a trick photo, you deserve the
!!
If it's a trick photo, I'll take back the
!!
You put all that effort into making your car what it is, and you risk it by doing this!!

What if you had a gas leak????????

BOOM!!

Thats a sweet shot! If you photshopped it to give the tires and wheels a "blurred" effect so they looked like they were spinning it would be perfect! Love the jamaica yellow. Gotta get me a formula in that color!

Re: Photos of my yellow Z
Iroc dan , No its no trick . Thats real fire. I will say though the flames look big in the pic but in actuality they were not very big at all. I was standing by with literally a fire hose just in case . Trust me if I felt there was a real risk of damage , that shot would not exist
racerquinny, lol thank you . The girl likes to call herself Mrs. Yellow Camaro lol. She is a keeper for sure .
Brisk, A hi res full size image will be coming soon . My best friend is a photographer and has all the pics on his computer . I will be transferring them soon .
And for everyone else , Thanks for all the great comments . I plan on having another "photo shoot" soon . We are getting some fresh snow so I want to some how bring my self to take it out of storage and snap a few cool shots .
For all you photo buffs out there , the newest pics will be taken with a nikon D300s . Which means some sick shots are in the making

NO MORE FLAMES!!!

Photoshop the flames, but no more real flames...........your photographer buddy should be able to take a photo using techniques that don't put your car at risk of being burned up!!!
Smoke and mirrors I say!!!

P.S. Keep your car in the flame free zone!!!!
I liked all the other pictures, they were cool!!!

Re: Photos of my yellow Z
Sweet looking car! I am actually planing on painting my car yellow like that. Got any tips? Also, did you touch up your wheels with paint or are original just that clean? I am thinking going yellow car with hockey pucks along the side and iroc wheels accented in black.
