My 83

Hey guys! Just thought I would post some pictures of my 1983 Sport Coupe. It's my first car, and I couldn't be happier! Looking forward to posting updates as well.

Re: My 83

Congrats on your first Camaro!

If it were mine, the first thing I would change is the tail pipes, or at least shorten them some. Other than that, it's overall a nice looking combo

Re: My 83

Thanks man! Yeah that was one thing I have on my to-do list. At least make them the same length. I've been looking into muffler and exhaust kits as well. I will be sure to post updates with any add-ons I use

Congrats on the clean car! Although mine wasn't my first it definitely is my first project. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it...

Not a bad car, but yeah the tailpipes have to go for sure. Maybe get some IROC wheels or something and it would be super sweet.

Re: My 83

I see your '83 has seen quite a few updates. Looking good. Man, I've been looking all over for a set of mint gfx emblems like your's that just say "Camaro". Can't seem to find them anywhere.

I always thought those were cool myself. Only came on the 88 sport coupes so I guess it's kind of unique. There's a couple on ebay usually so you can still find them.

Ok cool. No wonder they are so hard to find. I didn't know they were one year only. Thanks for the info.

I actually found the one that is currently on there off of a car at a local U-Pull-It yard. You may try looking at those. Lots of cool things you can find at those places.
