Update on my camaro build
Summary: 4th gen rear swap and t56 swap
I havent posted about my main project in a while. for those who dont know me, a few years back i swapped the engine in my car out for a rebuilt 355. I had a built 700r4 made for it to withstand up to 500 hp, and a 327 bw posi rear. I then got an 84 berlinetta for another project but ended up parting that car out to fund the build of my 1989. So, some recent updates, this summer i blew my rear end out, so i went up to new york and picked up a 4th gen 10 bolt 3;42 rear out of a 95 ws6. I got this rear with a set of c5 wagon wheels and tires. During the summer, i refinished the rear, and replaced the components of it, then installed it in my car. I had money left over from parting out the berlinetta i had, so i invested in a T56 swap. I got everything for the swap, put the car up on jackstands, dropped my auto trans in my driveway, then i got to work. Before i did anything, i took the tailshaft off of the t56 and had it sent out to be converted to a manual speedometer. I removed everything related to the automatic transmission, then cut the hole in the floor. once that was done, i cut the hole in the firewall, and installed and mounted the clutch pedal setup along with running the hydrolics. Next was the wiring. I wired everything up so the reverse lights, reverse lockout, and the neutral safety switch worked, and all i needed to do from there was install the t56. I bought a b4c aluminum driveshaft, and then got to installing everything. flywheel, then clutch and pressure plate. Next, bell housing and then i lifted the t56 up into the car. Then i bolted the driveshaft up, and filled the transmission with the proper amount of fluid and bolted on my b&m pro 5.0 short throw shifter. during the swap, i went up to Harrys U-pull it in pennsylvania and picked up a 91-92 chin spoiler that was in mint condition for 5 bucks. So here are the pictures in order of what i did.

Re: Update on my camaro build
the 373 are going to make a difference, that's what I have in my car. I am not sure what it came with stock I think much lower then yours it was a dog in first. Now with the 373's its perfect my buddy has 410's in his stang, he gets through his gears a little faster but he definitely loses some of his top end power.

Re: Update on my camaro build
another update: corbeau TRS seats, custom carpet
soon to come/future plans: 5 point harnesses, 4:10 gears, cage, upgraded aspiration, i dont know what im going with yet, wether it be upgraded tpi, carbed, or fast efi, money is the issue haha, 2 inch lowering springs, LCARBS, adjustable panhard bar, raised strut mounts, tubular a arms, cervini cowl hood, and im toying with a widebody idea, if i have the proper motivation i will attempt to make fiberglass fender flares and molds for them and all that, new wheels, and paint, anyways here is the update.
