this baby was quite the steal for 900 bucks. needs some tuning, a headliner, drivers a-arm cover, and a manual transmission(its an automatic right now, drives fine, but manuals are a lot more fun). its a 305 lg4, posi, disc break rear, and a split rear seat. i really dont like the red interior though... here are some pics for you guys.

Nice Pickup. If you decide to change the color of your interior, I have dibbs on your dash and trunk plastics. I would have picked it up myself. Looks like a clean runner.

ya im planning on going black all the way around on the interior, along with leather 4th gen seats. kinda have to piece it together though or the girlfriend is going to kill me. haha. im thinking about getting all the rear plastics this next week though. or the a-arm cover and the new headliner, sail panels, and visors. havent decided yet. haha.

So, the car runs, looks great, has no rust, and only needs minor work, and you got it for $900.00.
I look for 3rd gens on a regular basis and I think my best deal was a Formula that had mismatching paint, and it looked like someone took a baseball bat too it, for $400.00

You got a decent care for 900 assuming it runs decent. That motor is a bit of a slug...Im dying with my 86 right now. haha. But awesome you got a posi rear and rear disc! How many miles???

the background is i was just cruising craigslist for a project, and i saw this car for 1500 and i decided id take a look at it, went and decided id give him a less than a thousand offer just too see if he would bite. then he told me not less than a thousand, so i was like ok and left, gave him 2 days and he called me back and told me he would take 900, haha. so i went and i picked it up and drove it home. no problems. best part clean title and carfax. along with 130,000 miles. quite the deal for 900 bucks. there are a lot of little defects that people like us will notice though, like the doors sag a bit, bad door weather stripping and so on...

ya it was a nice pick up, but i really cant stand those wheels! i need some 85-87 irocs or some gta's on it. i love the way the 85-87 irocs look on a t/a.
