Good day,
I've been looking for some blue bird pics recently and not found many, not at least in the color range that I have in mind.

I'm mostly looking for some pearl dark blue firebirds, but all cool blue bird would also be nice.

There's a member on here transam383 something or other. Damn, I can't remember his screen name. Anyways, he lives back east and has a BEAUTIFUL dark blue metallic firebird. I think impala door handles, 17" mesh style wheels chrome all over the engine bay... Bah. I guess this post doesn't really help without pictures but maybe someone else remembers the car.

I really like the two zone color but it's a bit to dark for what I have in mind.

Thank you, cant say its my style its stock Pontiac Trans Am color but your welcome to copy it. I love this blue as well but alot of people think my car is black until they finally see it in the sun light.

 

 

Are you referring to the 92 GTA??? If so both pics of the 92GTA you posted are of my car and they were shot on the same day about 5 minutes apart.

I have a few other pics of the car just in the garage and not in sunlight. I like the car better in less light as it is not as metallic....

 

Yep, I was talking about the color on your car! If you could post more pics, I would be thankful. What is the name of that color? I love the color in sun, it's shiny and nice, I also like when the color changes when the weather does, like when the color get's darker or lighter.

phoenix- should be a factory color- look up navy blue metallic(NBM initals on sites)-found on 98-02 cars, very sexy.....

 

The color is medium quasar blue metallic. Here are a couple more...

How about this: Ultra blue metallic. With the fat and skinny look. Im hopeing to go with some wide tires shortly. 17s or 18s, maybe a 275 and 315 combo. IDK...

 

This is a crappy old Polaroid I took back in '87 or '88 (I was 9 years old at the time). It was my Mom's friends '87 Trans Am. Man I used to love that car!

This light blue is stock, but was only available for the TA in 1988.

The Maui blue/grey has always been one of my favorite color comobs. Who did you buy the car from?

 

I ordered the car in February 1988 from a dealer in Sun Prairie, WI called Wentworth. The dealership is still there but the Wentworth family sold it to another dealership family by the name of Stark.

My TA is a 5-speed, with 305 TPI. Everything is still stock and it has 46,000 miles on it.
