My '88 "KARR inspiration" Trans Am

Hi.

I'm new to the site. I'm 31 and I live in France. Ofcourse, I'm a 3rd Gen fan.
I also love Knight Rider....I love the way this car looks!

I own a 1988 Trans Am with the 305 TBI since 2004. I've often read this forum but I've never took the time to suscribe. Now, I'd realy like to be part of your "family" and introduce you my car.

Stock look:

Re: My '88 "KARR inspiration" Trans Am

You have a beautiful donor car.

Yeah, I'll do a two tone KARR exterior replica but on 19" rims .
And for the interior, I plan a 4th season dash with KARR voice box.

So, as you can see, I don't want to do a perfect replica of KITT or KARR but a KNIGHT RIDER inspired.

I am only doing the exterior kitt replica, saving my money up for a 4 season bumper.

I was very lucky with my 4th season bumper. 350 eur from a french guy who has buy a ''84 Trans Am in England with the KR bumper on it. And he wanted to go with a stock look.

I got it from an asian vendor on ebay. It was provided with a flashing module. I just wired the LED lights on my Park lights signal without the flashing module.
C'an't find the name of the vendor but he has some videos on You Tube made with a quad. I'll try to search around if i can find him.
