For years and years I've been wanting a triple black car. Manual would have been preferred but for the price, I couldn't pass it up. Not a perfect car, but for the price...couldn't pass it up. I really didn't want to modify the Jade Green Verts, so here is the car I've been wanting, and am modifying. As I go, I'll update. Loving how this car is turning out though. So far I've had to change the fuel tank and pump. Finally have fuel pressure, the car cranks, but still doesn't have spark. Based on tests, I have an issue in the wiring. The car sat for 4yrs and had varment issues. Likely chewed wiring. I've also updated the rear suspension, including weight jacks. I have updated front suspension as well, just need the time to work on it. Will keep the 305tpi for now. This likely will get upgraded drivetrain in the future.

The paint was faded and in desparate need of help. This is just 1 pass and it is turning out fantastic. Paint still needs more work, but it is turning out better than expected.

 

It's going to come out real nice when you're done with it. By being the project/3rd car in the stable, you can take your time with it and do it right. Have you thought about swapping out the side markers with a set of smoked markers? I think it is one of those subtle mods that make a nice visual difference.
