How do you like the shifter? I'm sure Joe will be there, maybe you could meet up with him over the Solomons bridge somewhere and cruise over.
I'm stuck up here at college, drinkin is the only thing to do. And make fun of all this rice up here.

But good news is, I'm adding another 128mb of RAM so that is like doing a cam swap on my motor for the computer.

Hey guys. I'm in southern Maryland. I used to frequent the board a lot, but been busy lately. I wouldn't mind meeting some of you guys friday night if you're at the track. Capitol or Budds Creek?

I think Dennis91RS and I are heading up to Budds Creek. Hopefully we'll meet you up there. It looks like it's going to be a nice COOL night!!
When I'm parked it's usually down near the finish line.

Yeah but we can all tell that they only have 1 HP....no matter what color they paint it.
Directions to MIR:
301 South to 234. (There's a flashing light and a run down motel called the White House on the corner)
That's about 5 miles south of LaPlata give or take.
234 for about 5 miles and it's on the right (across from Stone's Store)
It's past Budds Creek (Motocross track) and Potomac Speedway(dirt track). But when you see Potomac Speedway just put on your turn signal, it's right after that. If you blink you might not see it.
Program:
6:00 Gates open
6:30 Practice runs
8:00 Powder Puff (The girls have a little shootout)
9:00 Lanes close for practice runs
10:00 Bracket Racing starts and ends if you lose

What does it cost to get in just to watch? I might go along for "moral support" as mine's just too stock to think about racing it. We could meet at the McD's on 5 just before the 234 turn-off

$15 to race.
$8 to watch.
I raced my stock IROC for 2 years. It's not about how fast you can go, it's about how consistent your times are. I won the whole thing with a 15.40 dial-in.
I'll probably be stopping at the Exxon station sometime around 5:30 if you want to meet there. Dennis want to meet us there too? It's on the way for you.

Hey guys. I thought it was just a test and tune night, but I'd still love to meet up with ya. I'll be coming down rt-4 over to 5 so maybe I'll be able to meet you around there???
Where's the Exxon station??
ES87iroc - I remember you. You've done some mods to the car since then I see.

The Exxon station is in Leonardtown. It's right across from the McyD's. Birmass, you'll be passing it on the way up there.
Rt 4 across Solomon's bridge.
Striaght through light at 235.
Rt 4 to end and turn right on 5
Turn left at the second light (don't count the firehouse signal)

Hey guys a little warning before you head up tonite get there way before gates open we now enter the track thru the spectator side instead of the pit side like old times and the line gets long as hell
I'll try and be at the Exxon at 5:30, but if I'm not there don't wait for me. It depends on how long I get held up at work.
Unfortunately I can't come out on the 21st. My job requires me to work on weekends pretty much most of the day.

I'm not 100% sure yet Mark, that's why I haven't replied to the other post. I'm trying to work it out and make it though. Unfortunately I'm going through a tough time and so I've had to put the car up for sale. Now to top all that off I'm still getting fined for emissions failure and the extension they gave me was only till the 25th of this month so after that it's illegal on the street
