for some reason the camaro feels it nessesary to spontaneously combust the spark plug wire on #6 as soon as i drive it. I can run it in the driveway for an hour while i'm tuning it, but as soon as i drive it, it destroys itself.

no idea.

Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm getting hold of an '86 Camaro from my father in law, and am adding it to my stable this month. I'll be up that way this weekend, staying with my father-in-law in Lewes, DE, so maybe I'll see you guys around. It's only a bit from O.C. Either in the camaro (dark red '86, t-tops), or my Lightning.

I met ES87Iroc a long time ago back in Glen Burnie.. at the bowlarama. You and your buddy there with your car parked next to my truck. Good to see you're still around and kicking with your car.

Got your number, I'll see how my schedule runs and either drop by there or give you a call. Not sure what I'll drive down in if I do come :P The L is definitely more suitable for this event.

I'll be going down late friday evening, and only for saturday. Won't be taking the Camaro though, will cost too much in gas.

I'm going to be bringing flyers to hand out to 3rd Gens for Nationals,I'd appreciate if others did as well.

LOL, actually in real warm weather in traffic it gets up to 230* , so I have a new clutch fan that I am going to have to put on before I do any long trips,or anything with traffic.

HEHE, I know about those near-overheat experiences all too well. Replace the whole stinking cooling system with better stuff, and hope for the best. (Modine raditator/3 cooling fans on relays that run-on-hot/HO water pump/blah blah blah...) Thirdgen cooling is pure !
