Since so many missed the nationals, and the Power at the Point picnic isn't for another month or so, anyone want to get together for a short cruise/hangout sometime this weekend? Informal, just show up. Somewhere in central MD, maybe cruise some twisty roads, head up to a park for the afternoon. Cruise Ritchie a little at night. Whatever. Chime in if you're interested.

I'd love to get together, but plan on OC this weekend. If that falls through I'll show. Hate to do OC when the weather is bad.

 

I'll be leaving for vacation Saturday.

But I may cruise up to the Churchville lot of Rt 22.

 

Why don't we meet there then... the RT 22 lots by the BIG M... I beleive the shows are on fridays rights

Md Rt 22 is exit 85 off of I-95. Take Rt 22 towards Churchville. You will pass by The Big M (closed up), Rt 155 and Rt 136. Continue on Rt 22 and you will arrive at a shopping center on the right side of the road where a Food Lion is the anchor. You can't miss the cars! They start arriving around 4:30! Most people stay until about 9, some stay even later!

This shopping center used to have an Ames dept store and a Ranch House Restaurant, but those have closed up.

The cruise is every Friday night, and there are shows there periodically on Saturday or Sunday.
