I just got my new Super Chevy mag. and in there is a list of Super Chevy Shows and finally there coming to Maryland International Raceway. The dates are April 28,29,30 I will be there showing my car. I hope that everyone can make it and hope to meet a lot of you.

I'll be there. Not with car though, both of mine are POS's I'll be busy taking pictures for the mag.

I'm shooting for Primedia so it will be a handfull that fall under that umbrella. Hot Rod and CC mainly.

 

so is anyone else going to this. its this weekend. i am in the cleaing mode right now getting my car all ready for the show. i am planning on getting there early sat morning. i hope to see a lot of you all there.

 

im thinking about it, i dunno any info on it yet. Like if i will actually join the show/race or what. My gf actually told me about the show haha

 

Steve you should go its a blast. theres a ton of show cars and race cars. theres jet powered cars and nitro coupes that run in the low 6 sec range. you should enter the show as well. if not jsut come down and check it out stop by and say hi.

 

i want to! my gf got off saturday, so as long as i dont have to work and/or can work late tommaro night i think ill go. I got more work sunday i beilive so ill see. Im hoping to make this a go. Im gonna go check out the info on MIRs site and stuff, id really like to run my car at least once. Are you going for both days or just saturday? Also let me know where you are parking.

 

$22 admission....$45 if i was to actually enter...damn

i hate being a cheap bastard but i dont know if id enter my car for that much. I still cant run it either, that would cost $60. Let ya know tommaro.

 

If you can't stay for both days, no sense entering the show, if you get an award, they don't ship them, ya gotta be there to get the award.

well i was there today and saw a 70's looking nova lose control and go into the other lane and smack the wall then spun around and hit it again with the back of the car. the guy was alright but that car wasnt. if any of you decide to come down on sun i am going to try to stay with my car more so i shuold see you. today i waled around a lot and talked to everyone i know and watched some racing.

 

hey i made it down and i did indeed have a blast! I didnt see the car wreck it must have happened after i left. I left around prolly 3:30-4 but you sure were right i had a hell of a time! Those nitro coupes and the jet cars...WOW. I took tons of pictures and got some video clips of them all. I got pics of ur car and the line you were with. Some clean machines for sure. I might/might not have saw you or get a chance to ask around "excuse me blue beast, no, excuse me blue beast" lol. I had fun with a c5 z06 on the way home, i hung with him for 2 seconds...haha it was a fun way to end the day.
