can anybody tell me what tranny's out of what car/trucks will fit my 91 trans am gta i have the 700r4

 

None will directly bolt in, because of the torque arm mount. Im not sure if you can change the tailhgousing from your current trans. to the replacement or not. Probably.

I also dont think all transmissions are created equal. I think they have different parts in them for different applications. Its something to look into. Search the Drivetrain board, Id bet you can find a more positive answer.

 

lol trust me i looked only thing i found was how to convert to a 5 speed lol

 

any 700r4 will fit .You can switch your tail if it isnt set up for the torque arm

lol lets see after installing my 2nd tranny fixking the power mirrors,power locks,interior lights,trunk release button,3rd brake light,doing a complete intake gasket replace and pretty much all new vacum lines,new sway bar end links......I LOVE IT lol
