Event Description:
Extended time runs, grudge runs and gambler's racing for all. Plenty of track time for pro teams, imports, street cars, motorcycles, juniors, E.T racers, etc.; everyone is welcome!

A valid state issued ID is required for ALL purchases of beer. Drink Responsibly; Responsibility Matters!

All racers and spectators are welcome to bring their own canned beer. Restrictions are as follows: No more than one 6-pack beer per person, no liquor, no coolers over 14", and no glass bottles of any kind permitted on premises.

Glass bottles of ANY kind are required to be emptied and discarded on sight (this includes unopened bottles; even bottles found in spectator parking). This policy is in place to protect your vehicle and the vehicles/race cars of others from punctured tires.

Other Event Notes:
All day test session from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. All MIR Test & Tunes have a free $1,000 to win Gambler’s race. The Gambler’s race will be pro-rated if less than 64 cars.

We will be calling cars to the lanes by E.T. breaks with one run per session. This will prevent you from having to stand in the staging lanes all day to get your runs.

Anyone who runs first round of the Gamblers race will not be permitted to make any additional time runs. This allows those who did not run the $1,000 to win gamblers race an opportunity to get a couple more runs in before the end of the day.

Event Description:
This series is dedicated to our "STREET ONLY" fans and racers from far and wide; offering a weekly dose of that adrenaline rush you crave, but in a safe and legal environment that's ONLY open to street legal cars and bikes - no race cars.

It's all about the cruise, whether you're speeding down the track pushing the accelerator farther than it's ever been before... or just pimpin' your ride, blastin' the dB's from that rack of 15's in the backseat.

Entering the event is easy! Just fill out the tech card and proceed to tech (located in staging lanes #10 & #11). A tech official will give your car a brief safety inspection and assign a number to you! You're now ready to run!

Don't forget that if you make a perfect run in eliminations, you'll get a $1,000 SHOPPING SPREE at SPEED UNLIMITED, Maryland's Hi-Performance SuperStore!

During time trials, we will be calling cars to the lanes by class with one run per session. Instead of waiting unnecessarily in the staging lanes to make their runs, this will allow everyone to spend more time in the pits, fine tune their car or hang out with friends!

 

Capitol Raceway opens Sun. March 2 also.

 

The firebird wont be ready til April timeframe.... i dont know if i want to go to Richmond or MIR when she is back up....first run most likely richmond....thats where the car is now

 

My car wont be ready by then, april-may for me.
