Hey all, I was all for my 89 Formula 350 when I bought it, but now its not so "fun" anymore. It might be that I drive it 2 miles a day. Seriously its my daily driver and I fill it up once a month, if im lucky!! Ive had it for almost a year and have barely put 2000 miles on it (1000 of it was driving back from NJ to MI, then MI to OH)

Anyways, I went back to college and the wife is thinking about some new ***** and I still have my 86 Z28, Id just have to go get it from MI.

Its a great car but im not excited about it anymore..

Whats my problem????

 

Maybe you're just burned out on fast cars all together.

I think you should sell me your engine with the Dart heads as cheaply as possible just to be done with it.

And get a Geo Metro. :lala:

EDIT: Or could it be that you're just more excited about the ***** then your car right now?

 

hmmm hopefully the ***** will be more fun than the formula. i would tend to think so too.

 

I dont think im losing intrest, I went back to college to get my degree in high performance automotive, so its not that.

The ***** im not too excited about either, first off its like $5-6k (i could buy lots of car parts) and shes not doing it to get "big *****" but just bigger to make her look in proportion. Its like me when I got braces, i wouldnt smile because i felt odd, she feels the same way wearing most anything. And im not a boob guy, I like legs which she has at 5'7" 115lbs :hail: and jsut turned 23 last week

It might be that Im not able to buy anything right now being newley married. Where Im used to buying whatever I want.

i feel ya on the buying thing. I just got married at 19 in august 3 2003. Bought a house before we got married in SEPT 2003. Then we had a kid come along on DEC 23 2003. so i still got my way with my camaro she let me buy, but im on the " non spending mode" right now. She dosent want ***** but she wants a different house.

 

ouch....already wants another house. sheesh.

 

ha ha yep. But i cant complain. She bought me my thirdgen. And she lets me get pretty much what i want. She knows i work my 40+ hours a week so she understands my side too. Hell she is letting me build my new motors one for my thirdgen (smallblock) and the other for my S-10 (big block)W00T
