How is your emissions situation? I never put an 8 in my car because I was worried about emissions testing. Is there any rust on the car? The real question though, is what is the car worth to you, because upon seeing it, I would probably pay 3 or 4k, but if you did all the work, I'm going to assume its worth more to you. Let me know if you still have it in the spring.

 

Emissions...? What emissions? lol i registered my car up north at my parents cottage. I did do everything myself. I might be selling just the engine if you are interested. The car with it's current setup(Stock suspension, 4:11 gears with posi, and stock tranny) it ran a 12.0 1/4 mile with drag radials. It's 430 horse, and it will probably be for sale in spring. what kind gas mileage do you get with that car?

 

15-20 depending on where i'm driving (highway-city) and how i'm driving. anybody have any interest in the powertrain or the car? willing to take the engine out. thanks.

Well,....being optmistic if you found the right buyer just from glancing at your site I`d say you should be able to get somewhere between 5,500 and 7,500....that is strictly my opinion based on absolutley nothing but that`s what I guess you could get for it...how much is in the motor..5,000??

 

yeah theres some real good money in that motor. your about right when ya say about 5g. wish i could sell the car so i can get money for my 67 SS...looks like i'll have to keep it and wait longer to finish the other project.
