snow sucks, especially when you try to get in your car to get it hot and melt the snow off so you can put your car cover on, only to find your doors are iced shut.

White gold falling from the sky!!! We got hammered down here 14" of the stuff, had 36 hrs in the truck plowing trying to keep up with the storm. High light was a idiot that left an out of state car in one of my commercial lots where I need to stack the snow, so I talked with the general manager and we decided to bury it!! Those before and after pics were taken during the first 6 hrs, I never went back and got the moutain picture of all the snow I piled on it from the entire storm!!! One hellava 2 days that's for sure, now just cant wait to see the checks in the mail!!

LOL, well it's been sitting there for a few weeks and nobody let the store know wtf was going on, so they were lucky it was not towed away to some place. Their either gonna be shoveling their **** off or waiting till June to get it out LOL.
Dont ever pizz off a guy with a plow, had 2 customers 2 years ago not pay me. I knew we'd get more snow eventually and guess what, they both had nice 8' tall stacks in front of their garage door that night-good'n packed so shoveling was no easy feat. I'm sure they probably hired somebody to dig them out and never paid them either.

I've got 9 lots for an apt community I do, and I dont intentionally go out to be a jerk, I always try to keep the snow away from cars the best I can, but in these lots when the snows that deep sometimes the snow just windrows off the blade and leaves a big pile behid the cars. It's just an unavoidable thing that happens. I feel bad cuz I know how much shoveling sucks, but your never gonna make eveybody happy.
This storm was somethin else though, that nice freezing rain we got before the snow hit really made it fun pushing snow around!! Anymore around this area I think everybody and their brother, their brothers brother, and their cousins went ouot and got plows in the past few yrs. Before when I'd leave at 2-3am the roads were empty and it was very peaceful going out to the job sites to plow, now the roads are just as heavily traveled at 2-3am when it's snowing as it is during the summer months at lunch time. i've never seen so many friggin plow trucks in my life and all I can think of is how these low ballers are going to start hurting us that do it for a living. Used to be able to pay for a plow in 1 or 2 snow storms, now with these low ballers a lot that used to bring $65-75 is now going for a case of beer or $20, wtf is the matter with people. Pretty soon when they start sticking the typical $500-1000/yr into their front ends of the trucks to rebuild them, it might sink in, hey, there's a reason thos guys were doing this to make money, since it cost money to do it.
I averaged 2.5mpg and spend $160 in 2 days for fuel, most bums just have fun pushing snow and dont use their heads and see their actually losing money in the big picture!!

Anyway, here's a pic of my TA, hibernating within my 28' car hauler, high and dry, but around "feasting" conditions.:

Geez?
No SNOW in MN!! Heck, yeah!
You guys North, South, East, and West of us got the treat of the active low pressure jetstream. On the other hand, we got freezing drizzle that DOES require being quite careful anyway.
For me, I'm happy, it may be bitter freezing, but it will warm up nice with no snow-reflection.
I got my car covers late in the game, one off eBay fits REALLY nice and I'll be replacing the xxx-tra large one my dad got me, as my Deville and Firebird both fit nice with the same new cover. If you haven't got one, strongly suggested.. rain, ice, snow all are easily removed and the cover dries out faster then sheet metal and glass.
I did get caught, if you recall these shots last winter!>
