Is the radiator a stock replacement or would I have to make some mods to fit it?

 

Bigger than stock height-wise. It's the same width as stock. You'd have to make a couple modifications.

If you do a quick search on a 31 x 19 radiator, there's someone with a write-up and pictures.

Last time I went to Chicago round trip it cost me $120. This ol' V10 Ram doesn't get too great of gas mileage.
