Hey guys, decided to pursue a different project so I have some stuff for sale...all prices are OBO

1986 Camaro Z28 Hardtop...this thing is stripped, no body parts, has full suspension minus rear shocks, and is basically one of the more solid chassis that i've seen in a long time. There was some rust on one of the rear inner wheel wells, which is cut out of the chassis and ready for new sheet metal. Its a pretty easy job. Other than that the chassis is very clean for it's age, has VERY solid quarter panels. Comes with a clean title. Make me an offer, just wanna get it outta here to make some room.

The rest of the stuff was intended for the car but never made it...package deals can be made.

Driver and passenger doors...little rust, easy fix. Non power. Good glass. $100 for the pair

Driver and passenger fenders...one is stripped to bare metal for body work, one small rust hole, other than that very straight...$60 for the pair.

Hatch...good glass, non defrost, no 3rd brake light, with 3 piece spoiler...$50

Hood...flat, good shape, needs a little work...make an offer

Front and rear bumpers...both are the IROC style, good shape, front does have the lower air dam but it needs work(a few cracks)...$150 for the pair.

Full ground effects kit...body work is done on all...great shape now, includes door pieces, rocker gfx, and quarter panel pieces...$100 for the set.

Bottom line, $300 takes everything home. BTW does have a good windshield, has a steering column, and a few other things.

is the Z28 a rolling chassis?

yup the z sure is a roller. it's just missing the shocks in the rear(bounces a lot) other than that steering is all there, suspension(except for shocks) and it comes with a tilt steering column with a key. 3 normal sized wheels and one donut but they haven't lost air at all and it rolls very easy. the brake lines are not there however, and it doesn't have a pedal assembly, but it DOES come with the whole body assembly for the $300 including the 86 style full ground effects. it would be great for a frame off resto or drag car. was set up for an automatic but when you are at that point it can be whatever you want very easily. the wiring harness is pretty much gone but those can be picked up pretty cheap. it would be a great project for somebody who wants to learn a little body work, or would just like to customize a car with cool stuff like a 4th gen dash and stuff. (4th gen dash IS available from me, i would be willing to work something out if anybody is interested, it's a 97+ style dash in great shape) any other questions please feel free to im me at JDawwg 03 or e-mail me or pm me or reply to this thread. I'm still gathering up anything I can get my hands on. I want to have a virtual warehouse of parts before I start the project. I am still in the process of doing an engine swap in my Monte Carlo, so as soon as that's done, the vert will be coming inside....

What is left for $200...hrmm, lemme see, EVERYTHING. The shell in half primer lol, the fenders(chemically stripped bare), doors are hung but need a little work, hatch without rear defrost, rear bumper, front bumper, front lower chin, headlight bar, hood, hinges, misc. bolts/nuts to mount all the body, and a full set of ground effects(quarters, rockers, doors, front, spoiler, etc)...come take it all off my hands, i need money for my 98 CBR 600...

how much for just the fenders and doors ?

yeah i have a flat hood that was left over from my 91 RS, it's teal, not great paint, scratches here and there but otherwise very decent...no rust on it either. if you want it it can go with the fenders and doors...do you want pics of them before you come down here if you are still interested? it'd like to show you the areas of rust so you know what you are getting, but they aren't bad. pm me if you wish and we can take it from there.

man where were you guys in the past when i had to scrap whole 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 birds and camaros and such ? most were soldid no rust and ran drove

no one wanted anything to do with them and now theyre not so easy to snag up,

I wish i could... that car would make one hell of a drag car...the suspension is pretty much all there. i'm practically giving half of this stuff away, hell the ground effects are almost MINT...i spent A LOT of time on them. its a full set! oh well, hopefully it'll go to a good home and not the crusher...oh and if anybody wants a NON AC heater box, and an 84 HO full exhaust i have that too.
