has anyone used the schieb auto painters in detroit before? i have been contemplating getting a 4-5k paint job or a quick and easy 1-2k paint job. i am leaning more towards the cheap route since i plan on driving my car alot and don't want to get mad everytime i get a rock chip on a 4k plus paint job. thanks for any input. i am now located in lansing mi and there isn't much around here except for some super cheap places that i don't want to use.

 

I was happy with the paint job I got at the Maaco in Burton, MI. $900 for base/clear on a daily driver my daughter never washes. I would highly recommend them for anybody on a tight budget.

those places can be great if you accept what it is and every place is different as painting is about prep and the actual painter. prep your car the best you can yourself and you could get great results. ask to see a customer car.
