Newbie, looking for help/answers/advice

Hey, so I've had my 91 RS for about a 2 to 3 months now and I'm tearing it down for a full rebuild/resto-mod. My tool box is pretty scarce (just basic 1/2, 3/8, 1/4 drive ratchets and some sockets as well as basic hand tools nothing fancy). The cars on jackstands right now engine bay is pretty cleaned out and ready for the pull, front suspension is out, rear suspension is getting there, interior is mostly out. The car will be clocking around 600 whp after the build is done (350 engine platform with a built t56 mag 6 speed trans street/strip car), I'm mainly concerned about driving without traction control, and what I should have in the car to be safe, and what I need to do to make the subframe and other bits structurally sound. I haven't got that far in the build to give out numbers yet as far as torque, compression ratios, and all the technical stuff but I'm just planning ahead. Thanks

I would suggest you buy the tools as you need them. Get some tool storage and get to work.

You should really take the time and start reading bout other folk's builds here. That will help focus your goals. With this level of swap you will be learning along the way and will need to account for tools and such. Likewise, be realistic with your engine choice. A 600hp 350 is not really attainable outside of a circle track car.
