TPIS in Chaska. I guess they have a 2 dynos there, one for in car and the other for bench dyno. I believe they also install performance parts. I was thinking I would make a run up there this summer. www.tpis.com

John Haley Motorsports is still getting on its feet, but they have a chassis dyno and would probably be interested in helping you out...

Check out: http://www.johnhaleymotorsports.com/ for phone numbers and more information.

shop in Spring Lake Park

another shop in Spring lake park called R&R Performance. they do pretty much all you would need. they have a bench dyno. I had my motor dyno tested there and was exteremely happy. Ron is very good about answering questions and trying things out on the dyno to see what will get the most out of your engine. dyno testing is well worth the money.
I used to work a block away from S&S performanc in Crystal and I could hear chassis dyno testing going on but actually I haven't heard many good things about that place. I don't however want to be the only one to say they are bad. has anyone else delt with S&S in Crystal??? I have heard they din't really stand behind what they do after you leave the door. just what I have heard from several people.

Wheelers

well wheelers is prob the best. they are a bit spendy but you are getting quality work and a shop with a great reputation and they also have a dyno so after they build up your engine they can break it in for you also.

A couple of my friends have had work done at S&S, and it was very poor quality work and they charge a lot.

Thanks for the update on S&S. Based on what I've heard here, I won't make the recommendation anymore.
